Cedar is aware that although use of the Internet is advantageous in many aspects, privacy and the protection thereof is an issue of utmost importance. Cedar acknowledges that the right to privacy is one that needs to be protected. In the interests of ensuring that Users of our website are adequately protected, as far as possible, regarding the privacy of any personal information that they may use on the website, Cedar has adopted a privacy policy. This policy voluntarily subscribes to the principles outlined in Section 51 of the ECT Act and has incorporated these principles into this privacy policy. Cedar's privacy policy is as follows:

3.14.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be referred to arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa and such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Johannesburg in English. The arbitration ruling shall be final.

3.15 The is no cost associated with the access and use of the Cedar website;

3.16 In terms of the operation of section 42(1)(d) of the ECT Act, the cooling-off provisions of the ECT Act do not apply to this website; and

3.17 Users may lodge complaints concerning the Cedar website by contacting cedarinfo@nmg.co.za. Users hereby assign the copyright in such complaints to Cedar and understand that Cedar may use, disclose and publish such complaints and is furthermore under no legal duty to answer, resolve or address such complaints.

5. Changes and Amendments

5.3 Discontinue any aspect of the Cedar website or service(s) available from the Cedar website; and
